20100111: suite à PanneMailFree,
pour ajouter une banière en haut de chaque page:
MODIFIER le fichier "actions\header.php" de wikini (temporairement) pour imposer une bannière sur toutes les pages par l'ajout de ces lignes:

20100122: suppression de la bannière par basculement header.php header_enpanne.php

20131101: variante pour aspirer le site sans les liens hors cadre en cours
faudrait subordonner ça à un utilisateur particulier, sinon, risque de brimer tout le monde!

header et footer clonés en _full et _light
chercher d'où virnt la ligne afficher/cacher commentaire , pour l'instant elle y reste, en fait même pâge avec parametre showxxx, classe comment ?
